BAGEL is a free daily circular word puzzle made by Chris from Long Island. Arrange eight words so every clockwise pair makes a familiar compound word or established phrase, including the last word back to the first.
The top word stays locked. Drag one word onto another, or tap two words, to swap them for free. Read clockwise and press Check loop when you are ready. Regular BAGEL gives you four checks. Each check tells you how many links work; individual correct links are only highlighted when the entire loop is solved. An arrangement you have already checked cannot spend another check.
SAIL → BOAT → RACE makes sailboat and boat race. A full example is HOUSE → BOAT → RACE → TRACK → SUIT → CASE → BOOK → CLUB → HOUSE: houseboat, boat race, racetrack, tracksuit, suitcase, casebook, book club and clubhouse. The last connection closes the loop.
